Choosing crayons, colouring pencils and paint sets

Crayons, colouring pencils or markers: which is best for kids?

Crayons are easiest for toddlers to grip. Colouring pencils give more control for older kids, and markers give bold, bright colour. Many families keep all three in the art box.

How do you get crayon off walls?

Rub gently with a damp cloth and a little dishwashing liquid, or a magic eraser sponge. For stubborn marks, warm the crayon with a hairdryer first, then wipe it away.

Are kids' markers washable?

Water-based markers usually wash off skin and most surfaces with soap and water. Check the packaging, and wash fabrics as soon as possible.

What are blow pens and colour changing markers?

Blow pens let kids blow through the pen to spray colour, which is great for stencil art. Colour changing markers have a special pen that changes the colour of what you've drawn.

How long will delivery take?

We ship Australia-wide. Orders over $99 ship free. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier; you will get tracking by email once your order leaves us.

You have 30 days to return it, free. Just get in touch and we will sort it out.
